....would like you to know that we do not want these changes nor the closure of the section. We love the DMS because we are continuously evolving and because it has already put in human society big stars....
The Senate of the University of Aegean urges the Government:

To withdraw the draft law unveiled in YPDVMTH and build new relationships of trust and cooperation with the university community.
To stop the slippery slope of government and party interference in the management and development of universities, interventionism that has distorted the efforts and the image of Greek universities. Do not extend this policy pathogenesis adding the business interventionism in the form of so-called celebrities.
Do not pass the cost of financing the university students and students with an introduction fee or courses shorter and, consequently, less scientific and commercial value.
To respect the working conditions and academic perspective of the members elected and serving the university community and not to discourage the attraction of young dynamic scientists to Greek universities.
